Thunder Bay Courthouse Temporarily Closed

For those with matters in Thunder Bay, the courthouse is temporarily closed due to a fire, as indicated in a Notice to the Profession. The closure could last until the end of December 2020.

Most hearings will continue to be conducted virtually. Where in-person attendance is required, space at a hotel is being converted to a courtroom.

The counter for court filings has also been moved to a temporary location, although most filings should be done online.
