Court of Appeal Removes Masking Requirement

Starting today, July 4, 2022, masks are no longer mandatory at the Ontario Court of Appeal. However, many COVID-related protective measures remain in place, which can be found in the Court’s Protocol for In-Person Hearings During the Pandemic. Those participating in an appeal should also review the Court’s Practice Direction.
