Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
The Rogers Partners LLP Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (“EDI”) Committee’s mandate is to take active steps to promote EDI within the direction, management, and day to day operation of the firm, and to ensure adherence to the firm’s principles and strict policy of diversity and non-discrimination.
Rogers Partners LLP recognizes the value and abilities of all individuals, including individuals who are part of or may identify as being part of the following groups (collectively referred to as “identified groups”):

The EDI Committee works to identify and prevent barriers and issues that may be faced by underrepresented individuals and groups within the firm, in order to maintain a work environment that is as welcoming and inclusive as possible to everyone.
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (“AODA”) is intended to provide a framework to develop, implement and enforce accessibility standards in order to achieve accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities with respect to goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures and premises on or before January 1, 2025. The Customer Service Standard is the first accessibility standard and is focused on the customer service aspects of offering goods and services to customers with disabilities.
