Dave Rogers has a wide-ranging civil litigation practice and acts as counsel in various commercial liability, professional negligence, and automobile claims. He is experienced in defending serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, large property and environmental losses and institutional sexual abuse claims.

He acts on behalf of school boards, religious institutions, police services, municipalities, Indigenous communities, regional child welfare societies and residential treatment centres and he frequently appears before administrative tribunals, including representing a wide range of regulated health professionals in proceedings before their respective Colleges.

He also advises casualty and property insurers on coverage issues and is regularly involved in litigating insurance coverage disputes.

He is a well published author with trial and appellate experience at the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Insurance law and Personal Injury Litigation.
